4. Electric board connectivity.
5. Registered land/ clear title (Free hold property).
6. Agriculture labour availability ( Maximum 1-2 K.M. distance to any village & 5-15 km distance to any town/city).
7. My Budget (Consolidated) : 35- 40 lakh rupees.
