Precautions Buying Lands

My Dear Buyers,

Now days Many Buyers coming from different places, Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, Punjab,Kerala, Delhi, Maharasthra.
They bought thousands of acres. Please immediately take position of the lands. Whenever you take the position loopholes come to picture.
Many places they have registered with double entries.Whenever you take position your land local villagers create some problem they will say who sold this land.In this time local brokers escape from this issue already they got benefit.

1. Please don’t give power to local agents, suppose you want buy lands directly Put sale deed Register on your name. You given power local agents they are not maintain Proper documentation produce, duplicate identity proofs, they given bribes to village officer get the position certificate.

2. Local brokers they are getting nearly 10,000 margins on per acre. They are paying very less amount to village farmers. Future villagers defiantly create problems for buyers.

3.for ancestral property they don’t have single document, registration time hires (sons, daughters) not signed on sale deed. This kind of propriety local brokers paying very
less amounts to villagers.

4.Brokers tell to villagers, Buyers can’t use this lands if they bought, you can use your Lands anyway they bought.

5. Some corporate agents like they are speaking English, Hindi, tamil, telugu. Simply they will show the land. They are not bother about buyers problems, they are getting margin from local brokers.

6. Please don’t believe local brokers, you check all the documents before registering or appoint local believable person for checking all your documents.

7.Please don’t give money to local brokers. Give money once complete the registration. Don’t give advance more than
